Festival Park Wedding FAQs:

Cost & Fees:

  • $4900 (Saturdays) – plus a $4100 bev minimum

  • $4000 (Fridays & Sundays)-plus a $3000 bev min.

  • $2500 (Weekdays) – plus a $3000 bev minimum 

Rotary Park Ceremony Fee In-Season

  • $1000 (Saturdays)…as an add-on to Festival  Hall
  • $900 (Fridays & Sundays)…as an add-on to Festival Hall
  • $1500 (For a ceremony Only…3-hour rental includes Rotary Park Only)

Spaces & Amenities:

  • Three Event Spaces:

    • Festival Hall (15,700 sq ft)

    • Memorial Hall – Diamond Auditorium 8,400 SF

    • Memorial Hall – Ruby Red Room 4,900 SF

  • Tables, Chairs, & Linens: Included

  • Experienced Event Staff: On-site for assistance

Food & Beverages:

  • Catering: All food must be from a licensed and insured caterer (preferred list available)

  • Alcohol: Provided exclusively by Festival Park

Schedule & Timings:

  • Ceremonies: Start after 4:30 pm

  • Bars: Open after 5:00 pm

  • Reception End: Last dances around 11:45 pm, guests out by midnight

  • Weeknight Weddings: Start after 5:00 pm, end at 10:00 pm (discount offered)

Other Details:

  • Guest Parking: Nearly 500 spaces on-site, plus two nearby parking garages

  • Guest Capacity: Up to 500 guests

  • Decorations: Packages available for full hall or lighting

  • Guest Arrival: After 4:00 pm
