Festival Park offers three distinct venues to host an event for any occasion, from intimate gatherings to celebrations for thousands. As a publicly owned and privately managed venue, we are proud to offer some of the most competitive rental rates in the region.
Our versatile spaces can accommodate a variety of group sizes, with our largest hall holding up to 1,700 people and the outdoor park capable of hosting up to 10,000 guests.
A historic cornerstone of Racine, Memorial Hall provides a timeless backdrop for elegant events. Its graceful and classic architecture makes it ideal for formal banquets, galas, and momentous celebrations.

With 15,700 square feet of versatile space, Festival Hall is perfect for large conferences, trade shows, and lively entertainment. Its flexible layout can be easily customized to fit your event’s specific needs.
- Full Hall (including Green Room and Bridal Suite): $1,600/Day
- Green Room: $450 (4-hour rental)
ROTARY PARK
Embrace the outdoors at Paul P. Harris Park, a sprawling 30,000-square-foot space with stunning views of Lake Michigan. The park features a large amphitheater with a 7,500-person capacity, making it an ideal setting for concerts and large-scale public events. Please note that amplified music must end by 10:00 p.m.
- Entire Park: $1,800/Day (includes fencing, restrooms, picnic tables, and a marquee tent)
- West Side Only: $1,200/Day (includes restrooms, picnic tables, and a marquee tent)
- East Side Only: $900/Day (includes restrooms, picnic tables, and the main stage)
