Festival Park’s Event Subsidy Grant
Applicant Eligibility
To be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
- Offer a portion of the events proceeds to support a local non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status
- Located in the United States
Project Eligibility
Eligible projects must:
- Be a festival that is open to the public
- Be held at Festival Park
- Celebrate culture, art, or shared experiences
- Have a budget of at least $20,000
Grant Requirements
Grant applicants must submit the following:
- A completed grant application form
- A project narrative that describes the festival, its goals, and its impact on the community
- A detailed budget
- At least 3 letters of support from community organizations or businesses
- A copy of the organization’s 501(c)(3) determination letter
Selection Process
Grant applications will be reviewed by an advisory council who will evaluate each application based on the following criteria:
- The strength of the project proposal
- The organization’s capacity to implement the project
- The potential impact of the project on the community
- The organization’s financial need
Grant Amount
Grants will be awarded in amounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000.
Reporting Requirements
Grant recipients will be required to submit quarterly reports on the progress of their project.
