Event Management:

  • Event Coordinator: Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.

  • Event Planner: Develops and manages event concepts, from initial brainstorming to final execution, overseeing logistics, budget, and vendor coordination.

  • Event Producer: Oversees the entire event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event evaluation, managing all aspects of production, including staffing, décor, and entertainment.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Sales Manager: Leads the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the venue’s client base.

  • Account Executive: Manages relationships with existing clients, nurturing relationships and securing repeat business.

  • Marketing Manager: Develops and implements marketing campaigns to attract new clients and promote the venue’s services.

Operations:

  • Venue Manager: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth functioning, maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.

  • Banquet Manager: Manages the catering and food service aspects of events, coordinating menus, staff, and vendor relations.

  • Audio/Visual Technician: Sets up, operates, and maintains audio/visual equipment for events, ensuring technical aspects support the event’s needs.

  • Security Staff: Provides security for events, maintaining crowd control, ensuring guest safety, and enforcing venue policies.

  • Custodial Staff: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the venue, including restrooms, common areas, and event spaces.

Administrative Support:

  • Office Manager: Handles administrative tasks, including scheduling, communication, and coordinating with various departments.

  • Human Resources Manager: Oversees human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
