Event Management:
Event Coordinator: Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Event Planner: Develops and manages event concepts, from initial brainstorming to final execution, overseeing logistics, budget, and vendor coordination.
Event Producer: Oversees the entire event lifecycle, from concept development to post-event evaluation, managing all aspects of production, including staffing, décor, and entertainment.
Sales and Marketing:
Sales Manager: Leads the sales team in generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the venue’s client base.
Account Executive: Manages relationships with existing clients, nurturing relationships and securing repeat business.
Marketing Manager: Develops and implements marketing campaigns to attract new clients and promote the venue’s services.
Operations:
Venue Manager: Oversees the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth functioning, maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.
